Job Purpose
The Conflict Sensitivity Advisor will provide high-level technical advice and support to strengthen conflict-sensitive programming under the RWVL-Nigeria Project.
The role will help ensure that project activities are responsive to the operating context, minimize potential risks and unintended negative impacts, and consistently apply Do No Harm principles in fragile and conflict-affected settings.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and advisory support on conflict sensitivity throughout the implementation of the RWVL-Nigeria Project, helping project teams integrate conflict-sensitive approaches into planning, implementation, monitoring, and decision-making.
The role will also support teams to understand and respond appropriately to changing conflict dynamics and ensure that interventions remain context-responsive.
