Summary
- Are you a strategic leader passionate about creating social impact? We are looking for a data-driven Operations Manager to join their leadership team.
The Role
- As Head of Operations, you will be the backbone of the organization, ensuring fiscal accountability and operational excellence.
- Youโll oversee everything from complex resource allocation to HR strategy and program lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine internal controls and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Manage budgets, cost-control measures, and audit readiness.
- Develop KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee HR operations, talent planning, and performance management.
- Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Promote an organizational culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Supervise logistics, inventory control, and facility operations to provide a conducive environment for mission delivery.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in Business, Operations, or Finance (Masterโs/Professional cert is a plus).
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (NGO experience highly preferred).
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and a knack for navigating fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
