Job Title: Alpha Regional Coordinator

Job Description
- The Alpha Regional Coordinator will lead the growth and impact of Alpha across Calabar by building and strengthening relationships with churches, ministry leaders, and community organizations.
- The role is responsible for promoting and coordinating Alpha Courses, supporting partner organizations, developing volunteers, organizing training and outreach activities, and ensuring effective programme delivery.
- The successful candidate will be a proactive relationship-builder with a passion for community transformation, stakeholder engagement, and equipping others to create lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, and community organizations.
- Promote, coordinate, and support the delivery of Alpha Courses and related initiatives.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, outreach programmes, and volunteer engagement activities.
- Provide guidance and ongoing support to partner organizations implementing Alpha.
- Monitor programme performance, track key metrics, and prepare periodic reports.
- Identify opportunities for regional growth and increased programme participation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and strengthen relationships with key partners.
- Represent the organization at meetings, events, and networking opportunities as required.
Ideal Candidate

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Experience in programme coordination, community engagement, or ministry leadership.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Salary
N70,000 – N150,000 / Month.
