About FIRST MISSION

Humanity First Mission for Children, Women and People with Disabilities (FIRST MISSION) is a humanitarian and development organization registered in Nigeria in 2025.

The organization works to protect and advance the rights, safety and wellbeing of children, women, adolescent girls and people with disabilities affected by conflict, poverty and climate-related crises.

FIRST MISSION operates across underserved and crisis-affected communities in Northeast, Northwest and Northcentral Nigeria, combining emergency response with longer-term development initiatives.

Purpose of the EOI

FIRST MISSION is inviting competent, reputable and compliant companies, vendors and service providers to submit Expressions of Interest for prequalification for the 2026/2027 operational years.

Prequalified vendors may subsequently be invited to participate in:

• Restricted tenders
• Requests for Quotations (RFQs)
• Framework agreements
• Other procurement opportunities

Important: Submission of an EOI does not guarantee a contract award or inclusion in the vendor list.

Categories of Goods and Services

Interested companies may apply for one or more categories, provided they clearly indicate each category and submit supporting evidence of their capacity.

1. Office Consumables

Eligibility and Compliance Requirements

Interested companies and service providers must provide evidence of the following:

• Valid Certificate of Incorporation with CAC.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) or equivalent.
• Company profile detailing relevant experience.
• Evidence of similar assignments completed within the last 2–5 years.
• Professional licences or regulatory approvals where applicable.
• Valid corporate bank account details.
• Any other statutory or regulatory compliance documents relevant to the service category.

FIRST MISSION reserves the right to verify all submitted documents.
