About the Opportunity
ActionAid Nigeria invites eligible Big Four audit firms operating in Nigeria to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the External Audit of the Strategic Partnership Agreement II (SPA II) Project, funded by Danida.
The engagement is intended for an experienced audit firm with demonstrated capacity in auditing NGOs and donor-funded projects, as well as strong knowledge of Nigerian statutory requirements and international auditing standards.
Eligibility and Required Experience
Interested audit firms should be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant experience in auditing NGOs.
- Proven experience auditing donor-funded projects.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian statutory requirements.
- Compliance with applicable international auditing standards.
- Relevant professional capacity and experience to undertake an external audit engagement of this nature.
