Ruebits operates through three core pillars Education, Entertainment, and Ephphathadelivering programs such as the Ruebits Clubhouse learning sessions, One Child One Bible outreach initiative, mentorship programs, and future community learning libraries designed to expand access to knowledge and positive developmental experiences.
With a growing presence across multiple communities, Ruebits is building a leadership volunteer team of experienced professionals who are passionate about contributing their expertise to initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact for children. Job Summary
- We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead to help take Ruebits from a growing grassroots movement into a wider-reaching, sustainably funded organisation.
- This is a strategic, relationship-driven role — you’ll be thinking about where Ruebits goes next, and building the partnerships, funding, and visibility to get us there.
You’ll lead on
Partnership development :
- Identifying, researching, and building relationships with NGOs, churches, schools, faith-based organisations, and mission-aligned partners who can extend Ruebits’ reach
Funding & donor relations:
- Researching grant and funding opportunities, supporting proposal and pitch development, and helping manage relationships with existing and prospective donors and funders
Growth strategy:
- Helping shape Ruebits’ expansion plans — new communities, new schools, new regions — with a clear, sustainable path from idea to execution
Pipeline & follow-through:
- Tracking partnership and funding conversations end-to-end, from first contact to signed agreement, so nothing stalls or falls through the cracks
Representing Ruebits:
- Speaking to partners, funders, and collaborators on Ruebits’ behalf, and helping position us clearly and credibly to people meeting us for the first time
Cross-team collaboration;
- Working closely with Programme, Design, and Content teams to make sure partnership commitments translate into real, deliverable programmes
Reporting & impact communication:
- Helping package Ruebits’ impact and results into forms funders and partners can clearly see and trust
